Have you ever swung a 62 degree wedge? That's a lot of loft.

Remember the good ole days when you just carried a 56* wedge and hit everything from a bump and run to a flop with it?

Yes, I have. That's the reason I want one.. I love some bump and run with a sand or pitching wedge or even a 9 iron but I'd like to have a little more flexibility.

I had a 64 deg, if you it perfect (full swing) it would go a whopping 50yds, if you hit it in the head it would go 200yds lol

I've got a 71 deg wedge made by Feel Golf. I bought it because I wasn't any good at greenside bunkers. Now I am. The farthest this club will go is 100 yards. Up. Only 30 yards far.

nice win, for Rickie

Took him in my pool this week. 3 winners so far for me; haas, donald and fowler

On a side note, I can't stand Keegan Bradley. Such and awkward looking guy and way too fidgety. Honestly even the way he walks annoys me.

Lol! Me too! I told the wife, "see that guy, I can't stand watching him play. I have no reason, he's just irritating."

I'm curious to ask what grip everyone here uses when actually holding the golf club. I decided that i'm going to put in the time to actually try and better my game this summer and I feel like part of the reason my game has struggled the way it has has been due to (among other things) my grip.

For the most part i've always used the baseball grip on the club since that's what i'm most comfortable with. However, I went out onto the range today to experiment a little bit and played around with the overlap and interlock and I seemed to sacrifice a ton of distance each time I used each of them.

I'm sure some of that is just due to lack of comfort and changing to a different style after using a certain grip for so long, but it was still discouraging to see such a dramatic step back in yardage with each club while using them. Debating on whether or not to keep practicing with those grips or just sticking with what's most comfortable.

Interlock on all but driver for me. Overlap on driver. But right around the green I use a reverse overlap.

Interlock, because I have these tiny hands
