What made him a great golfer was what also limited his potential as a golfer. Really ironic.

Tough day Sunday doesn't minimize his great play through 3 rounds. Can you imagine playing with Scheffler, far and away the best on the planet right now, at 18 years old? The best player I had played with at that age was Rocco Mediate and he was a nobody back then

Edit: Don't want to minimize the positive effect playing with Pat Nanney, Jr., on a daily basis in my years at UTM
