The chilly weather s continues in Omaha even though it is spring season.

I did record a video that I uploaded yesterday about moving toward the 84th consecutive healthy diet day to get optimal shredded results while wearing a WrigleyVille Cubs Hat which does have Tennessee Titans colors.

Thanks for the update. Will check it out. I think we could all use diet tips

I’ve changed my mind that I’ll use 85 consecutive healthy diet days for optimal shredded results because I want the satisfaction of a fully completed healthy diet week instead of using an unhealthy diet day on a Sunday afternoon 84 consecutive healthy diet days for optimal shredded results, along with doing the Morning Workout to get shredded by Rowan Row in the morning, more than 55 push-ups, high planks, low planks, and the combo of crunches followed by the high plank, mountain climbers followed by the high plank.

Also, because the first unhealthy item I eat in 2025 after completing this challenging except achievable fitness objective is the very sugary cereal that is (Great Value) Fruit Spins for the first time which is the Great Value version version of the famous Kellog’s cereal Fruit Loops.
This will be the same day before I drive to Des Moines, Iowa to eat a deep dish pepperoni pizza in a Giordano’s while drinking a Mountain Dew while watching MLB regular season games.


I did buy a box of Fruit Loops on the same day as a Family Size Fruit Loops at a Wal Mart Grocery store since I do remember I enjoy Fruit Loops.
Also because I don’t want to just have Fruit Spins as my unhealthy cereal I eat on the 3 unhealthy diet days a week.

I didn’t give up on Coca Cola.

I’ll still be drinking Coca Cola, and Cherry Coke on the 3 unhealthy diet days.

The only reason I drank Mountain Dew at the Des Moines area Giordano’s because it’s the best soda available since Pepsi brand sodas are served at Giordano’s not Coca Cola sodas.

I was able to eat the entire small pepperoni deep dish pizza. It wasn’t challenging at all mainly because my appetite for deep dish pizza became great since during the long drive eating Pretzels, and a bag of Welch’s Berries and Cherries fruit snacks is lightweight snack items that aren’t designed to fill you up instead just stall hunger for a period of time.
During the long road trip I did drink the PowerAde 0 Fruit Punch first, and I drank the 20 OZ Coca Cola as my second drink during the long drive to Des Moines, Iowa.

Also, I was chewing sweet gum for a long period of the road trip, I was chewing sweet gum while waiting for the deep dish pizza which also does stall hunger.

Also all 6 slices that I ate. The first slice did have the cheese pull.
It didn’t bother me because I was very thrilled to be eating a small pepperoni deep dish pizza for the first time in a Giordano’s after driving to get to the location.
I did experience the overeating feeling since I really wasn’t using any short break times when I ate all 6 slices, except not before eating the 6th pizza slice or while eating the 6th pizza slice.

Also, because the cheese pull is a pleasing trait that Giordano’s deep dish pizzas has.


As expected the deep dish pizza in the Giordano’s in Des Moines, Iowa did taste as delicious and incredible as the deep dish pizza North Rush Street Giordano’s in Downtown Chicago I’ve ate at after a Cubs home game during Chicago Summer Vacations, and the Deep Dish Pizza in a Giordano’s that I ate at during the 2023 Las Vegas Vacation which was in January.



I wasn’t able to get a photo of the plate and pan after eating the 6th pizza slice before the server took it away.

I’ll show progression photos of eating the 6th pizza slice for the second time I eat a whole small pepperoni pizza deep dish pizza in the Giordano’s in Des Moines, Iowa.
I’ll also make a video about the joy of being able to eat all 6 slices of a small pepperoni deep dish pizza.

Pizzeria Davlo in Omaha, Nebraska does serve deep dish pizza that looks and tastes the same as Giordano’s.
I’ll be able to show photos of all 6 slices in the Box of a small pepperoni deep dish pizza this May including the progress photos of eating the 6th deep dish pepperoni pizza slice.
I will be buying a small deep dish pizza for take out in Pizzeria Davlo.
