I have seen poorly made movies that highly disappointed me which I’ll post reviews for in the movie reviews thread area which is easy to do because I’m in the desired area of everyday normalcy after the full recovery of major depression.
Green Lantern: The very poorly made Science Fiction Super Hero adventure blockbuster that could have realistically been epic except instead is like a Poor Man’s Science Fiction Super Hero Adventure blockbuster movie because despite it’s very poorly made including the abysmal looking CGI and other huge flaws.
It’s a Summer Blockbuster Movie that had great ambitions to be an epic Science Fiction Super Hero Adventure Blockbuster movie about the impressive and extraordinary Space Rangers Legion with the human from Coast City, California that is Hal Jordan beginning the adventure as a Green Lantern after getting chosen, and the diverse Legion of the Green Lanterns gets shown.
Double Dragon: A very poorly made Unfaithful adaptation the iconic badass Double Dragon arcade game that isn’t surprising in hindsight because it got made when video game adaptations as Movies were mostly soulless cash grabs instead of faithful adaptations being common after the well made faithful adaptation Reboot (2018) Tomb Raider that stays grounded in a realistic world including the valiant protagonist Lara Croft is bound by the laws of physics and mortality as she is supposed to be similar to Sarah Connor of The Terminator movie, and the epic sequel Terminator 2 with her being a Badass Action Hero with impressive skills and a very challenging except achievable goal that is prevent Judgement Day.
As a result of the well made faithful adaptation of the (2018) Tomb Raider reboot movie, it inspired other faithful and well made video game adaptations with the Rated R (2021) Mortal Kombat reboot movie that is faithful to the hardcore violent Video Game series also embraces the Fantastical world with Sub Zero, Liu Kang, and other characters with impressive powers that get shown off in impressive action scenes because of incredible special effects along with the excellent quality costumes with Liu Kang and other characters having the same colorful costumes from the iconic Mortal Kombat video game series.
In an era where faithful video game movie adaptations that are well made movies after more than 11 years of being soulless cash grabs with unfaithful adaptations being very common along with poorly made movies, a Double Dragon Rated R Faithful reboot movie based on the Double Dragon Arcade game could get made set in the post apocalyptic world of New York City similar to the Escape From New York movie, also terrifying gangs similar to the Mad Max movies in a Post Apocalyptic World, and it could be hardcore violent as it was in the Double Dragon arcade game with incredible action scenes similar to the John Wick movies or The Raid movie with the Lee Brothers that is Billy Lee and Jimmy Lee fighting and smashing a high amount of adversaries using their years of Martial Arts combat skills from intense training, along with a variety of weapons much like the Double Dragon arcade game included dynamite, oil drums that can get thrown, baseball bats, whips, throwing knives, etc.
I see that I very likely lost a Folder that had drawings done by talented artists at Free Comic Book Day over the years that included Drawings of Spider Man, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), the Terrifying Lord of Chaos that is a Mystical Powerhouse that can increase his size to giant or colossal which is Dormammu, the towering Black Devil that is BlackHeart who is mostly an enemy of the terrifying Ghost Rider, my favorite X Men member that is Gambit that has a metal staff, can charge common playing cards with kinetic energy which are deadly weapons that explode on impact along with vast other inanimate objects so a bag of skittles could be used, or a bag of Baseballs which if all charged at once together most likely would be very powerful because it’s more than a dozen baseballs, etc.
Also 2 Badass Protagonists from successful Supernatural Drama tv shows that is the Heroic Vampire with a Soul Angel that began as an complicated character because was an Ally-Adversary of Buffy in the Buffy The Vampire Slayer tv show before the Spin Off tv show Angel which focuses on Angel fighting evil Vampires and other supernatural foes in a Dark world so he can make a difference in a world for the vulnerable humans along with a group of other supporting main characters.
Similar to Batman, Angel has the understanding that 1 man can make a difference as a Valiant Selfless Champion fighting injustices, and predatory wicked supernatural adversaries in a very dark supernatural world of Los Angeles where what can go wrong with very harmful results is common.
Sam Winchester: The valiant Monster Hunter with a high amount of years of combat experience mostly vs Demons, Vampires, Ghosts, and other terrify supernatural foes, and he has the book smarts advantage making him similar to Egon of Ghostbusters with using heavy research making it far more likely he and Dean can save the day in the terrifying dark world of Vampires, Demons including high ranking Demons, ArchAngels, Ghosts, etc.
Also he has a Law degree since he was planning to have the ordinary life by becoming a Lawyer since he was going to College at Stanford because of wanting an ordinary life not the struggles of being a Monster Hunter with his brother and father in that not ordinary Family Business occupation.
1 main protagonist of the very successful and phenomenal tv show (2005-2020) Supernatural
I remember greatly the 2 drawings of Sam Winchester so I could get the same drawings of Sam Winchester done by a magnificent professional artist after paying the commission along with extra because I’ll want it colored.
So I’m not devastated I lost that folder because I can search the internet for Professional drawing artists that do commission art, contact a magnificent drawing Artist so I can get full colored drawings of those various super heroes, super villains, and 2 Badass Protagonists that mostly hunt demons and other predatory evil supernatural creatures in similar tv shows.
I’m not in a hurry to get it done as soon as possible so I’ll do that when I have a high amount of cash saved up.
I did have super hero drawings done by talented artists at Free Comic Book Day of the first super hero I created that I wrote more than 50 issues of, he lives and operates in Chicago, and he is an impressive powerhouse in the league of Superman, and he is a Fire Monarch or Fire Titan because he can project fire as energy blasts, and can manipulate fire in a variety of ways he can think of similar to what Ghost Rider can do with Hellfire, etc.
It was my way of feeling like I was living in Chicago by writing about a badass Powerhouse Super Hero that lives and operates in Chicago, also he protects Chicago from various dangerous super villains and terrifying ordinary adversaries as the super hero BlackBlazer , and he gets to enjoy deep dish pizza at Giordano’s, UNO Pizza and Grill, etc when he is relaxing as a citizen.
I still remember the impressive logo he had on the center of his costume much like most super heroes including the Green Lanterns, Superman, Spider Man, Batman, etc also what he looks like when wearing his costume so he’s not completely lost to me with those details that can be drawn again by a Professional Artist that does commission drawings with colors , or without colors.
I remember the logo is a Square with a thick B in the center which has a similar thickness as the Boston Bruins hockey team that has a Big thick B logo, and flames on top of the square.
This impressive logo got created by a talented artist not me since I was writing about I created my own super hero in a thread on the super hero hype forums, got various valuable feedback including Night Avenger being a negative super hero name mostly because it doesn’t fit him at all and sounds like trying to be the stand in for NightWing that is a DC Comics Super Hero which Dick Grayson becomes after he grew up and wanted to quit being Robin that is a reliable sidekick of Batman in Gotham City.
I did change the name to BlackBlazer which is creative, is not taken, and it fits him greatly.
I did draw full body drawings to the best of my ability of BlackBlazer which is his super heroes name because most of his costume is black, and he can project and manipulate in nearly unlimited ways limited only by imagination, along with what he can think of and his will to create what he thought of using his Fire manipulation.
He is an Irish Man born in Chicago, Illinois and I’ll have to look at the biography I wrote of him that has his backstory to remind myself what Irish name I gave him.
Talented drawing artists had a visual representation to draw various drawings of BlackBlazer at Free Comic Book Day with the full body drawings I drew of him.
If I am fortunate enough to find the folder that has the drawings including of BlackBlazer I’ll post the photos of those drawings on here, along with the various other drawings of the comic book characters, and 2 tv show protagonists that hunt terrifying demons, vampires, and other wicked supernatural creatures that prey on humans.
Realistically I could write a non Fiction themed book about my various memorable experiences of the more than 19 Summer Vacations I’ve had in Chicago, or with a monetized blog that gets developed and marketed my various memorable experiences I’ve had in Chicago during mostly Chicago Summer Vacations.
I did go to Chicago during the late winter 2006 to see the Bulls play the Shaquille O’Neal Heat at the United Center, while the Bulls couldn’t close vs a very talented Heat team I was still joyful a saw an entertaining thrilling competitive game even with the heartbreak of the Heat executed more critical plays to win a thrilling competitive game.
Also, my other experiences in my life including I did with my father go on a 2 weeks vacation in Alaska during the 2018 Summer.
I have more than 25 photos of Alaska including multiple photos while on a Princess Cruise Ship which I can share on here.
2026 College Football Season
I’m feeling more anticipation for it to start because this is the first full of August is this week, so getting to early September is going to feel less long with each completed full week of August even though still in early days of August.
