I’ll be going on the 90 days healthy diet again fo get optimal shredded results because I failed to remain disciplined by limiting unhealthy diet days to 3 days or 2 days.

I’ll be watching the Bengals Titans thrilling game before leaving to drive to Texas Roadhouse for a Sunday workday as a busser.

Changed my Avatar for January to this impressive unique Flames image that shows a badass bipedal Horse dressed as a Flames hockey player, fierce eyes, and flaming hair that might be somewhat Ghost Rider or Firestorm inspired.




I’ll be saving up cash weekly to get money to pay my Website designer to upload my workouts with marketing on Amazon after I pay the affordable Amazon professional monthly seller fee.

I’m using today to just relax and recover on the couch after feeling the challenging health flaws during the early morning hours today.
I am watching the Razorbacks Vols Basketball game, and did notice the Vols bright Orange is very close to the Original Skittles orange.

Interesting Fact
The Saturday that Tennessee played Ohio State in a 12 team playoff game was very memorable mainly because I was working at Texas Roadhouse, and I was very surprised seeing the pretty Mexican woman Christina that was getting food to go.

This was during busy packed night hours when Texas Roadhouse is as packed as the Chicago Subway Train so it was a stunning detail that I saw her, and she recognized me after not seeing me for over 15 days even though she might have a photographic league memory because she’s seen me over 50 times.

She did mainly work at the Oak View Old Chicago before it closed.

I’m very happy that I feel very recovered on the first January Sunday, however I’ll still be using Sunday as a recovery day.
I texted a manager why I wouldn’t be able to work on Sunday.

Working more than 6 consecutive days in a kitchen with constant exposure to certain fumes and other flaws can mess with the human body.

I feel very recovered on the first Monday of January in 2025.


At Hy Vee here is the impressive art of a Chocolate Cake that is a Happy New Year item, and 2025 is visible in the frosting area.

I modified my healthy diet to get optimal shredded results.

I enjoyed drinking a 20 OZ Coca Cola bottle , and unhealthy food mostly at Big Fred’s on January 13 after 42 consecutive healthy diet days.

It’s a short break before 48 consecutive healthy diet days which is January 14 to March 3.

Since this was just 1 unhealthy diet day it didn’t change the visible natural change from the right workouts including planks and Push-ups to make my stomach shredded.



This is the big bowl of mosaciolli with red sauce and Italian sausage. Also 2 pieces of garlic cheesy bread.
Also, a wide glass of water.

I was able to easily eat the whole big bowl of Pasta, the 2 pieces of garlic cheesy bread mainly because I didn’t eat much for more than 3 hours before it other than an apple.

Giordano’s in Des Moines, Iowa

I’ll be driving to Des Moines in early March to eat deep dish pizza in this Giordano’s after March 3 since I can begin using 3 unhealthy diet days a week without drawbacks to my stomach.


Omaha to Des Moines to reach this Giordano’s is a 2 hour and 2 minutes drive.
That’s a long drive except not a very long drive compared to driving to Kansas City, Missouri or Chicago.


This would be the first time I’m driving out of Nebraska to an other State to eat in a Giordano’s.

It’s going to be College Basketball season so I’ll be watching Men’s College Basketball games.

I did a Google maps search for deep dish in Iowa, and the Giordano’s in Des Moines, Iowa is the top of results.

it is a long drive so I’ll eat a bag of pretzels during the long drive, and a 5 Oz bag of Welch’s Strawberry fruit snacks.
I still expect I’ll be hungry for more than 2 slices of a delicious deep dish pizza in Giordano’s because pretzels and a 5 Oz bag of Welch’s Strawberry fruit snacks aren’t designed to make you full compared to a deep dish pizza, fries and a Steak, a Detroit deep dish pizza, the Jimmy John’s gargantuan, etc.

I am relaxing on a cold winter Saturday in the Chicago themed pizzeria that is Rosati’s Pizza to watch 2 NFL second round Playoff games.

I need 44 consecutive healthy diet days which I can begin tomorrow.

I wanted the joy of the unique deep dish pizza that has the unique smooth sauce along with other premium ingredients, and sweet taste of Mountain Dew before going back to the long amount of days to get the finished optimal shredded results.

44 Consecutive healthy diet days would be January 19 to March 4.
I’m hopeful I’ll just go with the long range path instead of modifying it because I do want to get 90 healthy diet days for optimal shredded results in early March not middle of March, late March, or after March.

Visible is Lake Michigan, downtown Chicago buildings including the very recognizable Skyscraper that is the Willis Tower, night sky, and the creators of Rosati’s Pizza, and the Rosati’s Pizza logo.



It is black and white style most likely because the creator is a fan of Black and White movies, and fits smoothly because likely it’s downtown Chicago at night.

I would assume yes even though it’s been a long time since I watched the Starsky And Hutch movie which like Miami Vice managed to stay in the lane of being a faithful adaptation of the successful classic tv show.

That’s very impressive that a human succeeded making a perfect Lou Malnati’s deep dish pizza at home.

It’s entirely different than cooking a frozen Lou Malnati’s deep dish pizza which I remember can be bought be bought online on GoldBelly, and Amazon.

Houston demolishing Tennessee in an uncompetitive elite 8 game was less disappointing because I was working as a Busser during that uncompetitive Elite 8 game which I saw portions of.



I had a realistic expectation Tennessee could defeat Houston in a competitive game, along with a realistic expectation of the disappointment that Houston would win because the Men’s Tennessee team in other past seasons hasn’t won an Elite 8 game, and Houston is a powerhouse team.
I wasn’t expecting a colossal disappointment where Houston easily outplayed Tennessee in an entirely competitive game with Tennessee never having realistic chance of winning the Elite 8 game so that was a huge surprise.
While this was a successful season to be proud of mainly because Tennessee achieved consecutive Elite 8 appearances for the first time in the history of Men’s Tennessee Basketball so it’s a high bar achievement along with the winning season except still very bittersweet because Houston had no struggle bulldozing Tennessee in an uncompetitive game that only had any suspense when Tennessee got the lead down to 10 in the second half so the admirable comeback attempt was fruitful.

For me it’s easier to move on from that colossal disappointment of Tennessee still hasn’t reached the Final 4 because the Cubs have a realistic chance this season of being a winning team that reaches the Playoffs instead of just has a winning season except doesn’t make the Playoffs.

Also, because April 12 is the 84th consecutive healthy diet day to get optimal shredded results which wasn’t a long amount of days after that huge disappointment on a late March Sunday.

I have the 3 unhealthy diet days a week without drawbacks to the shredded body beginning April 14 along with I’ll be eating deep dish pizza at a Giordano’s in Des Moines, Iowa after the long drive.
First time I’ll be eating deep dish pizza in a Giordano’s after driving to the location that isn’t very far away from Omaha even though it’s further away than Lincoln.

In past years during Chicago Vacations usually during the Summer, and a Las Vegas vacation during the 2023 Winter I ate at a Giordano’s in those 2 locations after flying to those locations on an Airplane.

Those are the reasons why not dwelling on Houston demolishing Tennessee in the Elite 8 Tournament game for me is easy.

The chilly weather s continues in Omaha even though it is spring season.

I did record a video that I uploaded yesterday about moving toward the 84th consecutive healthy diet day to get optimal shredded results while wearing a WrigleyVille Cubs Hat which does have Tennessee Titans colors.
