That's exactly what has happened here. You say private businesses can do whatever they want. When questioned about it even you disagreed they can't do whatever they want.

The Rays management and leadership can play woke activist all they want. However there are potential consequences for corporations playing woke activist. Play stupid games you win stupid prizes.

So? This is how Republics work. The legislature, elected by the people pass a bill, the Governor, elected by the people has the right to pass the bill or reject it at which time the legislature can override him. You people act like he was elected king or something. He did his job as he felt he should.

No one is saying he doesn't have the authority. No one is saying they are pro taxpayer money for MLB practice facilities. People are criticizing his motivation and approach to governing.

It's sad because the Rays probably have the best farm system in MLB and have been done well overall the past 12 years or so. But they just continue to have problems with attendance like the Marlins do in Miami. I guess there's just more to do in Florida. If I lived in either area I would be at games as much as possible.

I find it interesting that the Florida contingent on VolNation acts together as one when it comes to DeSantis. I wonder what happens to people when they move to Florida? Why does Hog become a Florida gator lover? Strange.

I don't intend to get under anyone's skin myself. What I will do is give my opinion, and the Florida contingent on here is strong.
