The Deportation of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia

What a deranged lunatic democratic Congressman who thinks he can bully other leaders. If this moron thinks he's going to get any help from El Salvador now he's just plain stupid.

It doesn’t seem like he would want them to have to do so. All I’m saying is bring him back, figure out something more appropriate.

lol how is it inappropriate? You come here illegally. You’re a member of a violent street gang.

But you managed to knock someone up and then married her after fearing deportation so now you get to stay?

That’s an insane standard.

They’re free to go with him. If you have kids with an illegal immigrant whose a member of MS-13, you shouldn’t be shocked when he gets deported.

Being deported is one thing. Landing in a prison with no hope of seeing your wife and kids again, seems a harsh and unusual punishment, if your only crime is coming here illegally.

Democrat Consultants Panic over Lawmakers Defending Accused MS-13 Member: ‘We Need to Step Back’

Democrat consultants are warning Democrats that they are taking a massive political risk by defending an illegal alien deported to El Salvador after being accused of MS-13 gang membership, domestic violence, and human trafficking.

Democrat consultants, behind the scenes, are panicking over the prospect that voters will side against Democrats for defending Abrego Garcia.

After giving the Trump administration a blistering rebuke in court just one day ago, District Judge Paula Xinis has granted a motion to stay discovery in the case involving the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia for a week.

The stay grants some small relief to the Trump administration, which filed a sealed motion to stay discovery with the court. While we don't know what was in the motion, it is possible that the administration detailed how discovery would interfere with ongoing negotiations with El Salvador to return Garcia back to America.

Americans who are in prison here are locked away from their families. I'll not feel sorry for a gang member from a foreign country.

Was he wanted there? And do we have an extradition treaty with th as t country?

He was , and we do.

Not sure why nobody wants to talk about that

What's the offense called and what's the penalty?
It should be a criminal offense with maybe 3 or 6 months jail then deportation and maybe a nominal fine to cover administration.

Or you just throw them out like we have done before all of us were born, it works if one simply enforces existing law. There is no reason to expand the law as the tools already exist.

We simply have an enforcement problem, hopefully on the way to being corrected.

The offense is illegal entry.
The penalties are deportation.

It’s really that simple.

Now it is too difficult for good people to legally immigrate. And the system definitely needs to be overhauled but it’s clearly not impossible as I have plenty of subcontractors who managed to get here legally.
But I don’t think anyone would argue that we’re talking about a good guy so he’s likely out under a new system too.

My FIL, MIL and 4 SILs all immigrated legally from Thailand years ago. Clearly not impossible at all.

But it's not a criminal offense or so I hear. It should be.
Well agreed that it's too difficult for good people to immigrate.

Why is it that those arguing for due process for illegal entry will also complain about the waste in gov spending??? Either they can produce the proper paperwork or not. Either there status is valid or revoked..
