The Deportation of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia

I honestly can’t believe the amount of attention the left has placed on this

Personally, I hope this scares other illegals into leaving.

Stay here and you might just pass Go and be sent directly to a foreign prison.
Libs rode Obama’s tip when he deported illegals. Clinton’s as well.

OK, where does the Trump administration “prove that Garcia is in a terrorist gang”? In a court hearing. A hearing where Garcia has a right to be present and face his accusers. That’s what is not happening here

They haven't and that is why I agree with your overall position.

And Clinton.. he loved to deport .. 😂 people are either really young on here or have amnesia.. I am a softy but I feel zero sympathy for any of these people.. don’t enter the country illegally and you won’t have to worry about it.. Also sets a good precedent.. don’t do it 😂

Evidence he is a member of MS-13 to start.

Specifically what evidence would you to prove someone is a gang member?

They dont keep rosters. To me wearing gang attire and being detained alongside other gang members is evidence of gang membership.

So what would you like in addition to that?

Certain tattoos. Testimony from informants

The govt said so and we should trust them to identify terrorists for us. I mean, we pay them enough for the privilege

What’s the missing piece of information you’d like? Wearing multiple pieces of gang attire, detained alongside multiple gang members, identified by an informant as a gang member.

What’s missing in your mind?

I’m curious about another question.
We have an extradition treaty with El Salvador.
And I realize nobody is making that argument….but….was this criminal wanted in El Salvador or was his criminal activity limited to the United States?

The court date to waste more money and time on someone here illegally.
That’s all that matters. He’s here illegally and got identified as such for whatever reason so he got deported.

Now if we want to have a conversation about reform to the system then I’d agree that needs to happen

I don't really care about this guy at all but I don't trust it. They declared them to be terrorists in order to bypass existing laws. That tells me enough about their motivation

They sent him to a place that they were not allowed to do so. They knew this and still did it. Had they taken the time to do it correctly there would be no discussion. Stop cutting corners (this goes for everything they're currently doing)

Absolutely agree. A lot of the goal is just to make the process as difficult as possible and then complain about the cost of the process.

You seem to have drastically moved those goal posts from your original statement.

Not at all. My issue is with how they've behaved once using a very powerful label. It was done for this very purpose. This is yet another example of the exec trying to out muscle justice. Not a great thing when the exec seems to be filled with morons

It's just a simple issue - was he legally sent to ES?

I agree he should not have been sent to ES. I think it was an insane ruling by the judge to say he shouldn’t be sent to ES. But either way that was the ruling.

But he should be deported elsewhere. He came here illegally. He is obviously a gang member. He needs to be elsewhere.

I completely agree. Had they correctly sent him anywhere else we never would have heard his name.
