So when Behr posted that picture of the virtually raw meat with all the crust on it and I joked it needed to be put back on the grill were you lying then when you said it was cooked perfectly or now with the not raw flank steak?
No. I'm corrrect in both comments. that photo was tuna and its supposed to be eaten basically raw with a sear on the outside. I cooked the flank medium rare which is what I aimed for
 
Was impressed with Buc-ee's. Wasn't impressed with Beaver Nuggets. Beaver chips were good. Brisket and pork looked good.

Really wanted one of those small pizza sized cinnamon rolls but my will power helped me out.

Lot of people. ALOT, but the lines moved quickly.

The white cheddar beaver nuggets are the only ones worth it. And they are good. Their Kolaches are highly overrated. Their Club Melt and their brisket and pork are pretty dang good though
