Enough goofin off. Gone clean the flat top.

Made clam chowder night before last. I ran out of salt in my grinder. Fill hole is on the side. I fill it, put the cap back on and start to grind. Cap falls off and in goes a good 1/8 cup of salt. Lol.

I fixed it but instead of about a gallon of chowder I have about 2 1/2 gallons of New England "Style" Clam Chowder.

I'm smoking a chuck roast, pork loun, and a ham. Ingles had hams on sale. I got a $32 ham for $12. We'll eat it tomorrow, and I'll pull the bone again, and make soup beans. Those were absolutely delicious with the smoked ham bone

Do you make your soup beans in the crockpot?
 
It was/is so good. Used about a gallon of heavy cream, about 1 1/2 pounds of quality butter and 1 pound of clams in the shell along with 2 16.5 Oz cans of whole clams that I chopped.

Had beach bread to go with it. 😋.

Calories, fat and cholesterol galore. Lulz.
Does beach bread have sand in it?

Held off on the pork loin. My ch7ck roast us resting, tgen I'll pull it. I smoked until 145, then put in a pan. I added bone tallow, butter, banana peppers, and where's your sister sauce, and covered. It smells delicious, the ham is amazing. I'm currently smoking my salsa, and jalapeños with cream cheese, and wrapped in bacon.
