That is good stuff too. You can't go wrong with any thai product imo. Same goes for fish sauce, shrimp paste, curry paste etc. Aroy is The Thai word for delicous btw.

I have attempted that dish a few times and it was ok. It's probably best to leave it for the expert in the house. Thai fried rice is much easier.

I’ve posted (infrequently) to this thread in the past without you taking exception, but now that you’re chafing under the weight of your word, you’re making amendments after the fact.
