What is the seed mixture on the tomato?

I ask because I'm addicted to Olde Thompson Everything Bagel Jalapeño. If you like just a little bit, you should try it. Would be most excellent with avocado toast.

Toasted Daves Killer bread with olive oil and errthanges bagel Jalapeño is my breakfast or part of it err morning and a snack at night.

Last night muh toast had some killer blackberry jam.
