Well, I have never encountered leftover bacon egg cheese biscuits, so I can’t speak to that. But I am guessing that, should such a thing exist, an air fryer would be a great way to heat them up without turning them into either sodden blobs or rock-hard hockey pucks.

I don’t remember exactly when this one opened, 6 or 7 years ago maybe, but I was here opening day. It is a block from work.

Sierra Nevada has an honest-to-God brewery here.

You should get your company to check out the wine market here, which is potentially huge. Foodie Central. Lots of retirees with lots of $$$. And no good places to spend it.

It’s a pretty great place to live.

Well, I’ve never encountered a leftover breakfast biscuit, as there seems to be nothing but crumbs in the bottom of the bag, but I’m guessing that it would be worth a try in an air fryer.

Maybe 2 minutes? On 375? Completely spitballing here. Remember that if your food is in the air fryer while it warms up, there’s some heating going on there before the actual timer kicks in.

Worth a try. I wish they hadn’t named them air fryers. They’re really itty bitty convection ovens.
