I have an Instant Pot DUO combo pressure cooker and air fryer #JoyThroughComplexity

It’s an 8-quart InstantPot with both a pressure cooker lid and an air fryer lid.

It’s cylindrical, instead of horizontal like “normal” air fryers, with a rack to add surface area. I love it to death, not the least because there’s only one gadget on the countertop instead of two.

I’ve been wanting to try it. How did you do it?

It was leftovers, so fully cooked. I took them out of the fridge about four hours before cooking, and then cooked at 400 for 3 minutes (plus the warmup time.) this was in an Instant Pot Duo, so twiddling might be necessary for other devices.

Air fryers are awesome for any kind of bread-based stuff, because it doesn’t come out soggy.

Broccoli and a guess, Carrots looks good. You know me, no comment on the meat, but it looks cooked well.

Broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, red taters, and just a bit of onion and red bell pepper. Seasoned with Italian seasoning, oregano, paprika, red pepper flakes and garlic powder.

Well, I have never encountered leftover bacon egg cheese biscuits, so I can’t speak to that. But I am guessing that, should such a thing exist, an air fryer would be a great way to heat them up without turning them into either sodden blobs or rock-hard hockey pucks.

I don’t remember exactly when this one opened, 6 or 7 years ago maybe, but I was here opening day. It is a block from work.
