Thai is too salty for me. The lemon pepper is good, I'm just not a fan of artificial lemon flavor. Some artificial flavors are fine, some not. IMO.

I just got some more of the Chicken Creations. I can't remember if it was tuna or chicken, but the sriracha flavored was nasty nasty nasty. Threw it away after the first bite. Nothing sriracha for me again except for sriracha itself.
Ima try the chicken next. Getting tired of catfood....I mean Tuna.

I think the Lemon Pepper is not so good but you may not think so. The Hickory Smoked is good and I like the Thai.
I got a Hickory Smoke, and I think the other is Lemon Pepper. They only had 4 kinds. I had to pass on Ranch. I LOVE ranch dressing, but I just don't get ranch on tuna.

@vollygirl I generally just eat the HS, Jal, and Thai. I have actually gone back to plain and put some olive oil mayo and a little bit of mustard in the pouch and mix it up. I try to eat it fast enough that it doesn't matter.

Well Yea, adding the mayo and or olive oil also adds more calories and fat, which is the reason I'm eating the chit in the first place. If I wasn't trying to cut down on calories and fat I wouldn't be eating them.

Remember, I said these were awesome...for what they are. They replace Milky Ways, NEW York éclairs, ice cream, little Debbie oatmeal creme pies...etc. Lol

Holy chit dude, you could put in half a bottle of Mayo and equal the calories of a Milky Way. I'm talking about a couple of teaspoons here.

it's just me and the offspring tonight. Trying to figure out what I want for dinner. Don't want to cook. Tired of all the cleaning the past week.

I am trying to get back on plan too. I'm not a sweet person, but salty fatty snacks? Yes please!

50 kcals in a Tbls of Olive Oil Mayo. Over a hundred in regular. Most of it is fat but it's Olive Oil and Eggs.....good for you. Nothing in Mustard. If your calorie count hinges on +/- 100 Kcals a day, walk some more.

I learned doing South Beach that a lot of products that are low in fat are loaded with sugar to compensate. Really have to watch labels.

I still use olive oil for other things. And mayo. And bacon grease. Why would I add any calories to something I'm eating because its low calorie? That's fawking stoopid. Who adds sugar to a diet soda? Its only 100 calories. NBFD.

I don't eat just one deek nose, I eat several so it wouldn't be just 100 a day. Mind your own business too, I don't remember asking you.

And who invited you anyway, bish? Gtfo.

Damn dude, eat that **** off the floor. IDGAF

I've eaten that packaged stuff until I can't eat it without help. I eat 2 a day deek head, that chit needs help. Specially when you have eaten as much as I have.

Lulz. I add a little fresh black pepper and sea salt and rear it up. Seriously, I grab one if them instead of something sweet. Ever since I quit drinking and smoking my body seems to be trying to make up those 40 years of little to no sweets.

Now, leave me alone.

No, I'm not going to leave you alone bish. I fight a constant weight battle too. I'm glad you quit smoking and sorry you had to quit drinking but if it's best for you then good on ya! My goal this next year is to drop 80+ lbs. I don't think I'll make it but it's that or continue to suffer the health issues that come with the weight. That is my one single vice that I can't control without watching.....eating.

80? That's a lot. I need to lose 30 but want to lose 40. I don't look overweight but I am.

I'm not seriously trying yet. Ive been half ass trying different things just trying to decide what I want to stick with. I don't mind if it takes me a little while as long as I can stick with it. Ive tried some things that worked fast but I just couldn't commit.
