80? That's a lot. I need to lose 30 but want to lose 40. I don't look overweight but I am.

I'm not seriously trying yet. Ive been half ass trying different things just trying to decide what I want to stick with. I don't mind if it takes me a little while as long as I can stick with it. Ive tried some things that worked fast but I just couldn't commit.
Ima have to beat the wife to get her to quit buying desserts. My problem is she is an awesome cook and eats like a bird.
 
How do you air fry your chicken? (whole chicken vs parts, oil vs batter, etc.)
It's our first time, but we're doing boneless breasts. She's using olive oil, garlic, and onion powder. I think something else, but can't remember what she said😄
