Is that Grouper? I can't tell. Looks like snapper but it looks too thick. It looks more like redfish or Tile than grouper, but this time of year and you being here, I'm guessing Red grouper. Fawk you if its cobia. Lulz.
 
Nope, wouldn't have guessed it. I had it occasionally but our boats hardly ever brought any in.

What was the price, if you don't mind me asking?
 
That's a good looking dish and a nice portion , I imagine it was probably swimming just a day or two ago.

One of the best things about living here and on the Gulf, we get some sweet fish. Other seafood too, but we always have a good selection of fresh right off the boat fish.
