well we all know Florida has no bbq
I gave you a like because its close to being true, but it ain't. There's a place downtown Ft. Myers, old black southern dude does it out of his old 40's style Florida home, that I'd put next to any and dare you to tell me its not right there with it!!

I always look forward to going downtown just to smell it.

this is why i laugh at people in Nashville who think hot chicken was invented by abunch of white folks in Nash suburbs. Hattie Bs aint got shat on Gus"s or Uncle Lous

Aight. I found a recipe for it that sounds good. Pain in the ass but it makes sense. I'll probably try the sauce before I try the chicken...

Place butter and lard in a large pot. Add cayenne pepper, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Place over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until fats melt. Remove from heat; keep sauce warm.
 
That's a good looking dish and a nice portion , I imagine it was probably swimming just a day or two ago.

One of the best things about living here and on the Gulf, we get some sweet fish. Other seafood too, but we always have a good selection of fresh right off the boat fish.
Hey Behr can you take me and my boy deep sea fishing?
