You smoke over gas?!?!? 😲
I want a gas smoker. I have a charcoal one now. It does good for a Boston butt, chicken, or ribs, but I need something that will maintain a steady temperature to really do better, or do a brisket.

I normally don't eat a lot at once, but a lot through the day. There are times I can clean my plate, especially if I know I can't save leftovers. I think the most I ever ate at once was a restaurant on the water in crystal river. Tiffany and the girls got crab legs, and I got a fish basket. It was 5 pieces of fish with fries, and I ate 4 and a half pieces, the fries, and some of her crab legs.
