The only way you will be heard is to quit pumping money into the program...just a fact.I'm a VASF donor and many of the above posts are correct. I'll continue to make my donation even if we lose all remaining games and no coaching changes are made for next season. UT won't stay down forever and I don't want to lose the seats. I would think anyone with decent seats will do the same, and since almost all seats in the stadium are decent seats, then I see little drop off in VASF support. However, if we continue to lose and no corrective actions are taken, I'm sure there will be plenty of VASF donor seats next year occupied by fans from opposing teams. Unless things change, orange could be a minority color in Neyland Stadium by the time GA visits next fall.
And I'm curious, I've been paying my blackmail ransom for ticket rights for 18 years now, and not once has anyone in the administration sought my input as a booster, yet they send me pamphlets several times a year telling me what I can and can't do as a booster. I'm 6'0" and pushing 270, this I consider myself a pretty big booster. Just how big of a booster does one have to be before they are "in the know"? Right now, all I know is what I read here on VolNation.
Stop it ....PLEASE!:furious3::furious3::furious3:What I am about to say is not speculation its reality. I have been a donor for 15 years now and I annually give $4,000 to $7,500. And during this time I have became friends with the majority of the alumni and major contributors. And as sick to my stomach as it makes me these are the cold hard facts from what I have gathered.
1. Zero Chance of a any coaching changes at any position till year end.
2. And this one makes me almost vomit. Coach Fulmer will be our coach for at least 2-3 more seasons.
3. Coach Clawson as well as 4-5 other asst. coaches will be dismissed season end.
4. Tennessee has a short and I mean very short list of any suitable replacements. Mainly because the majority of the head coaches that are capable of running a top notch program have an average age of 52-57. The university has no interest to hire anyone over the age of 45 simply because if a coaching change is made at the top they want someone who can lead the program for a minimum of 12-15 yrs.
5. The University has no intention at this time in spending the $5.25 to $6 million it would cost to buy out the remaining part of Coach Fulmers contract.
6. And as long as myself and the tens and tens of thousands of others kept spending their hard earned money in support of Coach Fulmer no changes will ever be made. That is why after this year I will no longer support the university or Mike Hamilton.

FYI, if any of you read up on ANY of the facts that Fulmer has had in his 16, goin on 17, years of coaching, there is no way any of you can say he is a bad coach. He has done several amazing things in his time here and personally i believe he will stay for a while. The fact that he has ONE bad season and you all want him fired is what makes me sick. Nothing but a bunch of wish-washy fans and i find it ridiculous. In all honesty, if Fulmer gets fired (which i don't see happening) then who will replace him?? really! there is no one out there that can do as well with our, or at least MY, team as he has and i support him 100%!!!!!!!!

Do you have selective memory? He's on the verge of having two losing non-bowl years in four years. That will get you a pink slip in any of the top programs in the country.FYI, if any of you read up on ANY of the facts that Fulmer has had in his 16, goin on 17, years of coaching, there is no way any of you can say he is a bad coach.
