Correct I don't know what's gonna happen, however me saying denial, was to know and his general assumption that Pearl and Jones have stayed in Knoxville waiting patiently for 3 years to calmly walk back into TBA and take their spot on the bench. I'm sorry, but that's not either one of their reasonings for staying in Knoxville.

I don't live in Knoxville or East Tennessee, and I haven't for years, so I don't know much about TJ. I just thought he was loyal to Pearl and will go where he goes.

So, he's so loyal to Pearl that he won't even take an assistant coaching job somewhere for a couple years until Pearl can get back into the biz? No.

He was fired from coaching a Knoxville area high school team, that should tell you enough about the guy.

Here is the thing man you talk about doing your homework and things like that. Well our Admin hasn't really made one of those slam dunk hire's as far as mid major in a long time and I really do not see them getting it right this time around. As much money that's in the AD we should not have any problems finding a good coach for every sport Thanks UT administration.

I'm in denial? You make up statements supposedly from others and expect people to believe you? If you were texting the recruits are you having to be listed with the authorities? Your defense of Martin even in the face of his minute knowledge of basketball is cultish to say the least.
Do you think you're supposed about face will work on this board after insulting every member on here except your little cult that have bullied every other poster who questioned anything you posted. Not hardly.

Lets face it.....UT isn't going to read email or listen to phone calls about a coaching change and or Bruce Pearl...the best way to deal with it to find a creative way to get the media involved...technically they can't make the news (lol) but can report it...over , and over, and over as well as discuss and dissect it in the 'hundreds' of channels and forums they have..

Are there any 'Bring Back Bruce' tee shirts available and if so any issues wearing them to games? Lets face it, the media (ESPN) loves stuff like this but they need a reason, to get involved...if there was a significant number of them being worn at a game or a block sitting together the coverage could be huge...besides, a little civil unrest is good for you...

Only a couple of legal concerns would need to be addressed, and logistics, IE which game gives you more bang, sale or give away shirts, print or make (use your own white T)...

Attendance has been reasonably good so far, so there is no apparent incentive to do anything for that reason.

The key to generating change will be for important donors/boosters to voice their dissatisfaction to Hart and/or Cheek. That speaks louder than any grassroots tee-shirt campaigns.

The issue isn't whether he would accept. The issue is that he won't get an offer in the first place. Besides the first few days of "Dooley may be great, I think we stole him from LSU's wish list," this may be the dumbest thought process I've ever seen on VN.
