For some reason the ones pushing for Pearl don't seem to get this.

You can't argue on one hand that he's such a great coach and everyone wants him, and on the other hand argue he's gonna be cheap and won't be a bidding war.

This is the same guy that used Memphis as a way to get a raise from Hamilton, his agent floated his name multiple times to get a raise. He's not gonna give us some hometown 75% discount, Hart wants him and he's a hot commodity, Hart will have to pay.

Whatever the price it will benefit Tennessee to bring Pearl home.

Bruce pearl thread .... Most posts in the bb forum.... He's beloved here whereas any man with a mind could see Martin was just a fair to middlin coach after year one. Blows my mind he's never made the tournament and that any fan could defend such mediocrity. The "who would you go get then?" Crowd is my favorite. You keep hiring and firing until you get another Bruce.

What has the NCAA done to any program in the last 3 years that scares you about bringing Bruce back?
