I don't let anyone over in those situations, and god forbid anyone try to force their way in, I don't take kindly to road rape.

I know it's a hard job, that's why I'm nice, but some people are just rude. You're not entitled to anything.

i'll give at least 20% unless the following things happen:

a) After 15 minutes of searching I have to get up to go the bar to get another drink because you are either not around or ignoring me.

b) my food is cold

c) you were rude

d) something is massively screwed up and you don't seem to give a s-

The servers get mad at me when I serve people drinks in these situations. Joke is on them though, probably 25% of my regulars started off as people who couldn't find their servers.

I hate when the waiter or waitress is standing there talking to someone (like another server) and I need something. Mainly though my pet peeve is the rude thing.

Just had this situation recently on a soft drink refill at one of my favorite places, BWW. Waited for a while then finally just decided that I would go to the fountain drink dispenser and refill my glass by myself.

haha, awesome. Like I said, just make sure you let me know, my schedule has been screwy lately. You can pretty much count on me being there monday, tuesday and wednesday nights though.
