If you spend that much time doing something, clearly it is a priority. Where I think many people err as fans is assuming that they love the game as much as we do. There are a ton of guys in it purely for the money, no different than a guy on Wall Street or your company's top sales guy being in it purely for the money.

AA did overpay for Murphy but teams do not run on Murphy like they do on D' Arnaud.

If Murphy gives you 15 to 20 homers per season and 85 to 90 rbi's, that is very solid offense from C1.

The catcher position is set for the next few years.

Ehh . . . The old clips of Harry doing Cardinals game are actually pretty good. He just needed to quit in his mid 60s rather than become a caricature of himself the last 15 years with the Cubs. Dude literally had no idea.

I blame Skip's ex-wife for Chip. It's like they weren't even related lol.

Honestly it's hard to believe Harry and Skip were related too.

That's wild Harry was an announcer for the Cardinals, White Sox, and Cubs. That's like Larry Munson broadcasting for UGA, Auburn, and Alabama over the course of his career.
