The Atlanta Braves

So effing pumped to see baseball again. I wish I wasn't watching Bryce Elder and Jose Suarez twice every 5 days for the next 2-3 weeks, but I'll take what I can get.

When will AJSS get back? July?
He'll probably start throwing in July. If he makes an appearance in Atl at all this year, it probably won't be until mid August at best.

Degrom had TJS around the same date in June in 2023 . He didn't pitch in the majors again until September of 2024.

So if there's just a generic on-screen strike zone on these broadcasts, or anything but the ABS-specific zone, that's dumb, right?

Just brewing my complaints, etc.

I've read plenty from experts that question the efficacy of ABS on really close calls. However, it should help to correct all of the egregiously bad calls and the ridiculous strike zones of some umpires.

I think we'll see some silly strikes in service of avoiding extremely silly strikes. I'm sure they'll talk about it all plenty.

Iowa has what, two Big Ten titles in the last 35 years? 3 NY6 bowl games? Braves have at least won 21 division titles since 1991 & two World Series.

I didn't know who the Giants were playing but once I saw people dancing near taxis on the field... Alleviated any doubt
