Not gonna lie, AA made all of the right moves last year, but this year has been a disaster already with the Outfielders we brought back, and the back end of the rotation.

I don't know your personal situation obviously, but "interview" them as well. Especially if you are in a position where you are content with your current job and don't necessarily need to leave or weren't necessarily looking to leave.

If the people you talk to seem weird, office vibe feels weird, you don't think you'd enjoy working for/with them, etc., don't take the job. Even if it seems like a role you'd enjoy doing.

That is really the point of job interviews - they are trying to figure out if you'll fit in with their culture. If they thought you didn't have the aptitude, experience, intelligence, etc. to do the job, they'd never interview you to begin with.
