The Atlanta Braves Thread

Not gonna lie, AA made all of the right moves last year, but this year has been a disaster already with the Outfielders we brought back, and the back end of the rotation.

Fair enough. Just growing up I was always told, they ask questions x y z. Remember the STAR format etc.... I was just surprised
I don't know your personal situation obviously, but "interview" them as well. Especially if you are in a position where you are content with your current job and don't necessarily need to leave or weren't necessarily looking to leave.

If the people you talk to seem weird, office vibe feels weird, you don't think you'd enjoy working for/with them, etc., don't take the job. Even if it seems like a role you'd enjoy doing.

You've passed whatever screening process the filter resumes through (i.e., they are pretty confident you could do the job) and they're trying to assess how you'll fit in with their organization. That is really the point of job interviews - they are trying to figure out if you'll fit in with their culture. If they thought you didn't have the aptitude, experience, intelligence, etc. to do the job, they'd never interview you to begin with.
Have you ever worked for the United States government?
