The Atlanta Braves Thread

I love it when a dude is able to rack up that many Ks yet still be very efficient because he doesn't walk anybody. 6 baserunners allowed in 7 innings. Absolutely pounding the strike zone, still nobody can hit it.

The interview went well today, I think so anyways. It was kinda weird she didn't ask me any questions about the job more so telling me about it and then asking if I had question. I've had 3 interviews in the past year and a half and all have been kinda weird. One where a dog ended up sitting in my lap. One where I just watched my boss work basically and this one where she just talked about the job and answered my questions. I had to answer 0 actual interview type questions today.

TV.. brother.. the only way you’re getting out of this one is the strikeout and who better than the guy throwing 103?

Was it an internal interview for promotion?

You've passed whatever screening process the filter resumes through (i.e., they are pretty confident you could do the job) and they're trying to assess how you'll fit in with their organization. That is really the point of job interviews - they are trying to figure out if you'll fit in with their culture. If they thought you didn't have the aptitude, experience, intelligence, etc. to do the job, they'd never interview you to begin with.

Fair enough. Just growing up I was always told, they ask questions x y z. Remember the STAR format etc.... I was just surprised
