MLB will buy out all rights and set up shop with the surviving RSN’s and add streaming services. The cord cutters have doomed RSN ability to be profitable

Those couple hundred K not doing anything. What’s sinking live sports is the fees from the networks to the leagues which ultimately trickles down to the INSANE player salaries.

Offhand, one that comes close might be Jason White from Oklahoma.

He wasn't a walk-on, and this was in the days when recruiting wasn't followed super closely, but I don't think he was particularly highly recruited. Sat behind Heupel, then behind Nate Hybl, then overcame ACL tears in both knees to win a Heisman in 2003 and a national title in 2004 with a medical hardship extension.
