But really, I play it as an app on my phone. At work, waiting for something, during commercials, before bed, etc. it's addicting. It's very much how Verc described although I prefer to use real players and teams. Players have actual rating and potential ratings. However they can vastly exceed their potential or underachieve based on environment, playing time, and performance. I've always played by myself in what I would describe as franchise mode. I'm not sure if phones can sync and run together. I know there can be multiple user owner teams. There has to be a way to sync but I'm down for picking up the computer version and giving it a run if you guys wanna do that. I am the GM and manage games on a scenario basis..sometimes per at bat. I also sim games. You can do whatever. There are budget constraints. It's a thorough game. I really have no complaints.
