The Atlanta Braves - Hello darkness

Both were not good. Especially in pass coverage.
They weren't, but unfortunately they are both better than the guys who will be there this year. At least Toot could come up and make a tackle in the backfield occasionally and seemed to have some leadership qualities.

I'm absolutely stunned at how Crouch was the #1 ranked ATH on 247 at one point during his recruitment. I understand they are going to miss on some guys, but Crouch never appeared to even have P5 speed or quickness.

Is he the worst QB that y'all have ever seen, college or pro, who got consistent playing time? I can't think of anybody else remotely as bad.

Crompton was worse. Nick Stephens was worse. Justin Worley was worse. That’s just at UT.

Idk if it’s because he had so much more talent at Georgia, or Pruitt kept interfering and was so conservative he put the clamps on him…but I still can’t figure out how our offense was so bad with Chaney
I'm not gonna say Chaney wasn't any part of the problem, but I would put it at 98% Pruitts fault

Crompton was not worse, especially under Kiffin. Stephens didn't play enough. I suppose you could put Worley in the same ballpark.
Crompton was simply awful. He had 3 or 4 good games under Kiffin but mainly just stopped being a liability. The amazing thing about Crompton is that his career passer rating is a full 10 points less than JG and he actually threw more picks than JG despite a lot less throws.
