Again, I haven’t seen the whole field yet, but it looks to me like we’ve only shown about 3 or 4 different runs and not many more pass plays.I’ve read that the defenses thus far have been taking away the sideline verticals, so we’ve been taking what was available. If that’s the case, then the coaching staff needs to counter that approach, maybe with some slant posts.
Buddy Alabama has been doing this for the last decade plus ha but extremely different circumstancesI haven’t seen them live yet to see the whole field and know who’s open, but that has to matter. I don’t care how good the roster is. You can’t lose a Heisman candidate QB, a first round NFL Tackle and 2 stud WRs and expect to not miss a beat.
