The Atlanta Braves

Turns out without a massive talent advantage, Saban isnt hot ****.... who wouldve thunk it.
Same statement could be made about any college coach throughout history. Saban's calling card has never been out-scheming people, although he is a good defensive coach. He's a master recruiter, staff builder, and adapter.

If they continue to struggle this year, it'll be because they don't have a QB. This whole thing was telegraphed. They didn't go after Drake Maye hard last offseason, and bring in Tyler Buchner because they were confident at that position.

That was mainly a shot at the media dweeb who want to call Saban the GOAT.
Hes dominated because he's stacked 5* 3 deep for years. Now that it's more even his teams look somewhat human
His defenses for instance he can't get away with playing some of his crazy ass combo coverages against good recievers.

I’m going to spend most of the week convincing myself that we’ve been holding back the reins so far. 😂🙏🏻
It makes me crazy when Joe finishes his drop and just stands there. I want to believe he’s just being calm, but I think it may still mean the game is still moving too fast when he doesn’t see the first guy wide open. You hardly ever see his back foot go into the ground and the ball come out in rhythm.

There’s no doubt that we have been. There have been very few deep shots, exotic motions/releases etc. it remains to be seen if that’s us holding back or if that’s dumbing it down on purpose.

Are our WRs having trouble creating some separation? Ced and Hyatt are gone as well.

I haven’t seen them live yet to see the whole field and know who’s open, but that has to matter. I don’t care how good the roster is. You can’t lose a Heisman candidate QB, a first round NFL Tackle and 2 stud WRs and expect to not miss a beat.

I’ve read that the defenses thus far have been taking away the sideline verticals, so we’ve been taking what was available. If that’s the case, then the coaching staff needs to counter that approach, maybe with some slant posts.
