I don’t know the specifics of home prices for your area but for mortgages, rates aren’t going to get lower. They’ll fluctuate up and down a touch but there’s not going to be another dive ha

I recently accepted a job at a college in Vermont and looking to possibly buy another house in the next year or so.

Also, if anyone needs a random Division 3 sport to cheer for let me know. I’m putting on the khakis and visor as a volunteer assistant this fall.

Watching Jose Pereza strike out and I remember during an early ST game, @TBrown and maybe @AV_12 all watched Peraza get 3 AB’s with the Braves during a game and we all said “nope that’s not gonna work” and boy has that turned out to be true.

Alex Wood has had a nice little career, everyone else 💩 seems like the entire SF Giants roster is playing above average ball this year. I’d also like to pat myself on the back for being brutally correct on Olivera (in the face of tremendous backlash)
