GoF reasoning. And they wonder why they get excoriated.

opcorn:
You know, in the recent analysis, I think with Fulmer we are in the hunt, in the mix this season for the SECE. I don't think we can beat the West this year, but I think a proper TN team beats Florida last Saturday straight up. There is no way we would fear GA right now, and November - which is the real challenge for this team - would be a cakewalk.
Whose analysis???? YOURS??? the biggest fulmer homer in volnation history!!!
Here's some analysis on what we would do with Fulmer as coach this year:
Tennessee-Martin Knoxville - Win of course
Oregon- Loss, Phil would have no answer for Kelly's offense either and since 2000 Phil is 5-17 vs top 10 teams.
Florida- Loss, Phil never beat Meyer and always played FL too conserative, even in a down year for the gators No way Fulmer beats Florida this year
UAB Knoxville - WIN
@LSU Baton Rouge -Loss. Lsu Defense is too good and with the OL,DL Fulmer was recruiting at the end of his tenure we get blown off the ball all day long.
@Georgia- Loss. Fulmer was 3-5 against Rict and I know GA looks bad but they would beat us at home. Fulmer would fail to bring pressure on their Young QB, preferring to play zone to stop AJ green.
Alabama- LOSS, No explanation needed
@South Carolina- Loss, Spurrier owned fulmer and once again he would fail to adjust when spurrier started running Lattimore down his throat.
@ Memphis -W
Mississippi - W
@Vanderbilt-W
Kentucky-W
I think we win these last four no matter who the coach is.
So lets see that puts us at 6-6 for the season. It pretty much resembles what our program was doing at the end of his career. Pre-2000 Fulmer recruited well, hired good assistance, but still blew most of the big games. Post-2000 he recruited poorly preferring to ignore key need positions in order to land a bunch of 4 and 5 star recruits at the same positions, and let his assistance run the show. I know you have a man crush on Phil but let it go, he got Old,fat, lazy, and comfortable. No way are we competing for the East under Fulmer,Dooley, or Kiffin this year. That's why we fired him because we had to make a move to surpass Florida. Granted that move hasn't worked out but it's better than sitting on our hands and watching us finish 2nd or 3rd in the East every year until he retired and then starting a rebuilding process.
Below are stats I would love you to give me an explanation for:
