No its below average. We allowed Furman to put over 300 yards of offense on us. Furman lol. Clowney was a loss but we also lost 2 other starters on the dline along with both starting corners and the starting spur player.
You're the type to make an excuse as to why your wife of 10 years left you for an 18 year old who works trash pick up. Take your loss and quit making excuses as to why your team sucks. Butch has to pay a property tax on Steve Spurrier because he OWNS him.

Point is, if you're on the short end of that play, you want the flag. But if you're being honest, you know you're never going to get that call.
If you paid attention I said all week that we would make Tennessee offense look like a NFL team numb nuts because of how bad our defense was. This is something I stated multiple times pregame.
Some will demand a link. This should help you prove your point that your defense sucks.
Game By Game Stats
On the other hand, your offense is not too bad. We are glad that your defense sucks more than your offense is good.
We appreciate the W.
I think I read someone stating the whistle hadn't blown yet, but I'm not sure. It maybe could have been called. Also, it looks like an acting job by Thompson on the push. At least it did to me on slow mo.
At the end of the game when Barnett slings SC QB around like a rag doll, and then Obrien gives him a good hand check to the shoulder pads; was this a good no call? If it had of happend earlier in the game rather than at such a critical moment, do they throw the flag?
You're right, but that's football. If it was Dobbs, I would have been pissed that we didn't get the call, but I wouldn't have been the least bit surprised to not get it. And to be sure, that's not the reason you all lost. You lost because we had the most prolific offensive game we've had in 20 years.
Actually that no call went a long ways in allowing us to win. That was on 3rd down, they punted the next play and we scored the tying TD. If that's called its an automatic 1st down and we never get the ball back.
You mean when the Tennessee defenders took 2-3 steps after he released the ball and planted him. Yeah I'd get pissed to. I don't use the no call as a excuse because we both had equal opportunities in OT but Tennessee was given a gift on that no call. He was down and then got slung. Whistle blows then another defender pushed him while he was flat on his butt. No acting in that. Just pure shock that the refs allowed him to get mugged in broad daylight.
None of them was a personal foul, intent to hurt the QB. Yes he was whining the whole game, but I'm sure VolNation will agree that its about time....we get the no calls
The refs missed the call and had they called it correctly, it would have given SC a first down and game over. We were very fortunate and I imagine Cockytalk was going in full meltdown mode after the game on that one.
A personal foul is generic for unsportsmanlike conduct or unnecessary roughness, there doesn't have to be intent to hurt. There's no way O'Brien's antics werent worthy of a flag. I'm glad a no-call, mistake by SEC officials finally went our way.
