yes, and with this latest asthma deal I have, my heartrate was higher when I woke up from the dreams than it was when I walked up stairs

Country Mouse goes to the City!

I have to admit that the first time I encountered an escalator for carts, I had to ponder a moment or two.

Bump for 2022

Anyone here have any experience with the new-last-fall Fitbit Charge 5? The price is decent ($149), and I like that I can buy a woven Velcro band for it. The silicone band on my current one presses on a nerve at the base of my left thumb.

I’m looking for a fancier tracker than my current $29.95 special, but I DON’T want a smartwatch. I do want a built-in GPS so that I don’t have to take my phone with me. (Which is why I don’t want a smartwatch.)

I have to put get permit galore for buried in Right of way of county road then a crossover of patrolmen jelly and crossover propane Gas and running parallel with Natural gas. Seriously wtf.
