Behr, RV showed me that Sriracha is one of the top versatile hot sauces as per Cook's Illustrated study. Tabasco didn't even make the list. Texas Pete was in the top ten.

I was serious when I told you I use it for almost everything, even dishes that shouldn't have a hot sauce.

Sriracha is good also, but I dont' have enough exposure to rank it on my list. I need a larger sample size.

I know. RV got upset with me when she created this creamy chicken dish and I added Sriracha. She huffed, it's not meant to be a hot dish. Sorry babe. haha:birgits_giggle:

Behr, we usually have a chicken snack in the evening instead of a big dinner. So RV keeps grilled chicken in the fridge. We mix Ken's Honey mustard and Sriracha for a dipping sauce. Allsome!

So you only use it on shrimp? Mike and Mike say tobasco is good on everything! And I'm inclined to believe them!

I'm sure it is!

One of my favorites is mix in a little with my shrimp marinade and grill the shrimp. Psssh. Culinary Orgasm!

I would sound like "Bubba" in Forrest Gump talking about shrimp if I started with what I use it for.

I credit you for advising us about Sriracha. It is a staple at our house now. I also keep a bottle at work too.:clapping:
