You are pathetic. He has done nothing thus far? You either have no grasp of the game of college football, don't understand the dumpster fire Dooley took over, or live on another planet.
Dooley is not even close to being on the "hot seat". Honestly, it is not even warm. Our program has done a 180 since he took over. If you can't see and understand that, then you should do us all a favor and stop posting in the FF.
We Gators tend to not be so irrational as to call for the head coach's head based on one or two losses.
I'm looking at how he's doing on recruiting, whether he can turn around the discipline/penalty problems, and whether we are headed in the right direction in terms of building an offensive scheme.
Defensively, we are as good as one can hope. Offensively we are a wreck. Need to have continuity at coordinator, need to go find us some top flight QB and WR talent....
The winning will follow.

Most everyone realizes he took over a mess, but he hasn't had time to do a 180 yet. Most everybody was pointing to year 3 as when you see what you have with him. So technically he hasn't.
We have beat a mid level ACC squad, and a glorified high school team. So truthfully we still are not sure how good we are yet.
He has several conference games coming up that will tell us what we need to know, starting this week.
What has he done that indicates to you that he is here for the long haul? Enlighten me.
I like CDD and want him to succeed but IMO he has shown nothing so far to indicate he is here for the long haul. It doesn't mean he can't. He's got a great opportunity to prove he belongs this season and it starts this weekend.
Is this a serious question?
If you are a delusional fan that only cares about immediate wins and losses regardless of the state of the program and how it got there, then no. There is nothing that I could say that will persuade you.
However, if you are even a slightly reasonable Vol fan that has paid close attention to the program, his body of work from day one speaks for itself.
this is so over the top as to be ridiculous...4-12 SEC in 2 yrs, and yet you feel it is beyond question that he has UT on the path back to being a permanent fixture in the top 10?...good grief. That's just silly.
Maybe he will, maybe he won't, but the idea that the jury is not out on that question would and should be laughed at by all non vols.

yeah it sure is easy to win in the SEC with 17-18 true freshman playing and less than 85 schollys on a roster please enlighten me on your coaching abilities and running a program that was in a mess

If you believe the reports about the Athletic dept w over a 3 M deficit in 2011 , you know that UT simply doesnt have the $ to fire him. How we get so broke when other athletic depts are beyond rich?
