Tennessee Vs. Appy State Line

We all are different people. We all don't think or say the same things. That's what God intended us to be like. Our own person. What other phrase would have been appropriate?

That's what popped into my mind. The other poster has seemed to make such a big deal out of it. I'm done discussing it. Let's just say we are going to win & should comfortably.

First, now I feel bad for saying it was the wrong comment. You have a right to say whatever you want. This is still America. ... In an effort to avoid political views Ill end this one right here.

Second, The correct phrase would be "I think AP State could cause us some problems early but I expect a blowout in the end, Vols 45-19

It's sad, you can't even talk football nowdays without the political correctness BS.

It's your right to say what you choose in the way you want to say it.

As long as we get the WIN it's a start on the right track.

I don't expect us to show much at all on either side of the ball.

I think we'll show as little as possible, even against the Gators, just as long as we can and still keep adding up the WINS.

We won't want to be forced to open up the playbook until we have to.

We won't want to show UGa, aTm or even alaBummer all we can do if we can avoid it and still WIN.

Even if our passing game is much improved I still don't expect us to show much of it until we're forced to get away from our run game.

If we can run it like we did last year we'll control the clock and the game the way we want to control it.

Our Dominant D should keep us from being forced to score a lot to still get the WINS.

I can NOT wait for this season to begin!

Team 120, OWN IT, WIN by WIN...VFL...GBO!!!

We've lost 25 of the last 26 games we've played vs Florida, Georgia and Alabama, all 3 teams which of which are as if not more talented than Tennessee.....and you honestly think we can keep part of the playbook closed and not show too much against them?? Why in the world would we do that? You do that against the Appy States and Ohios and Tennessee Techs of the world ..... not your 3 biggest rivals who are actually the teams who you'd want to reveal as little of the playbook to UNTIL you played them to try and gain some sort of advantage.....AGAINST THEM.

To the contrary, I think we're gonna and damn well better throw the kitchen sink at Florida to try and win what most have said is the most important hand of year. We MUST win that game this year....don't hold anything back whatsoever. Same goes for UGA and Bama. Sorry man, you completely lost me there.

Last year's double-pass against Florida was certainly in the back of the playbook for the Offense.

Jancek just forgot to check the DEfensive playbook for 4th and 14 with 1:23 left in the game...

Double pass to Dobbs and jump pass from AK on 4th down to Wolf. I expect more of the same this year. Florida's the last team to close the playbook against.

Sorry to nitpick, KB, I agree entirely with your main point, but we've lost 23 (not 25) of the last 26 games against those three teams. We beat Georgia in 2007 (the very first of the 26 games), again in 2009, and a third time last year.

The streaks against Bama and Florida are, sadly, unbroken in that time period. But at least we had a few victories vs the Dawgs to break up the horror a bit.

:)

I'll be disappointed this year if this defense doesn't shut out or near shut out some of the teams they have scheduled.
