It’s so reassuring that we are able to win without KP. Dominance is the motto this year. I think when KP gets back on the mound she can breath a little knowing that she has an entire team to back her up

When it’s not your kid it doesn’t matter. Fans only want their self satisfaction of seeing her play.

I’d anticipate another 10 days to two weeks. Win the series and that’s house money.

Looks like Butts has established her place in the lineup either at first or DH. Looks like Holley and A Leach will continue to share the left field job. Every team will have difficulty hitting in a few games, but I like this lineup better than any of the last few seasons that have played for Tennessee.

Far from defending Texas Tech, because I think what happened last night is hilarious, but the weak schedule is in part because teams refused to play them because of how they went about things in the portal. Even in the big tournament they played in, teams threatened to pull out if they were paired with tech.

Why does this matter? As a friend of mine in the game pointed out, the biggest concern is that they will be far underseeded when the postseason comes along because of the weak schedule. Which means someone who earned the right to play a lesser team in a regional or super regional will instead be paired with somebody that has the talent to win it all. I don’t know how you count for that, because their RPI will be ridiculously low.

I would also have no fear that Karen or any of the Lady Vol Management will let her play again until she is totally able to do so.

Playing today at 3 pm guess it should be Nuwer going today. Hopefully the hitting for Tennessee is better today Miss St does have a great pitching staff as good as any we've faced this season.

Yes wouldn't that be just like some on here. Pitching to one batter and loose her for the remainder of the year. A lose or 2 isn't going to hurt this team but loosing Pickens for the remainder of the year would be catastrophic for the teams goal.
