Officiating is down across all sports at all levels but the ncaa needs to get it right when it gets to this point of the season. It’s all about consistency. Umps can be bad and that’s fine as long as it’s consistently bad for both teams. It’s when it looks one sided like today that it’s really an issue.

Not by a position coach. I don’t disagree on girls knowing how to adjust to a drop ball pitcher but so far they haven’t. No guarantees the strike zone gets better because of it.

But it’s a full guarantee it stays the same if you stay silent. Players appreciate coaches going to bat for them like that. I don’t see it as a big deal.

Not blaming LF for the homer but you have to at least do a better job of locating the wall first and then attacking the ball. No guarantees she catches it either way but not a great attempt there.
