The fact that any play is not reviewable is wrong. Everything should be reviewable.

Even before replay, if an ump witnessed a runner missing a bag they wouldn't react. When you question that ump if the runner touched is when they would call the runner out. So the ump behind the plate missed the foot not touching and the runner being assisted. As soon as Karen ask him, he should have called her out.
