The positive spin is we needed to beat OU twice all along. Even if we had won the first game still would have needed to beat them a second time. So doesn't matter when along the path you get those two wins. Just gotta do it.

But we lost to Oregon and UCLA both this year! Best team is a reach!

I didn't get the see the game either. Was concerned they would come out totally flat or super fired up. Was hoping for the latter and got it. Darn we are in a big delimah about watching tomorrow, ha.

We played Florida and beat them 11-3. Try and keep up.

The loser of OU / Texas plays Oregon on Sunday. We play the loser of the UCLA/ Texas Tech.

If we win on Sunday, then we would play the OU/Texas winner on Monday and must win two.

The winner of the other loser's bracket (which will be the OU/Texas loser verses Oregon) will play the winner of the UCLA / TTU game and must win two.

Bottom line we must win 3 games in a row to be one of the final two.

It is a tough road, but I think we will not lose if we hit like we did in that game yesterday. Once we get past five runs were winning 99 percent of the time with Pickens on the mound. I think the favorites today would have to be Texas Tech and Oklahoma. I would like to see Texas win over Oklahoma, but they haven't fared well when they've played them this season. Two teams will be 2 and 0 after today and the rest 1 and 1. Actually playing Sunday for the final four only difference is after that you still have to win twice over an undefeated team. If you do that then your in a 2 of 3 series.
If we can get the win tomorrow and win two against the undefeated team we face I love our chance in a 2 of 3 series.

Rothrock has a blister that she’s been dealing with for a few weeks. He said she could’ve gone yesterday but obviously wouldn’t have been 100%. He obviously thought (or hoped at least) that the other pitchers could get the job done.
