Agreed 100 %. Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma and Florida are the best teams there

Correct. I would have loved to have runs in the 9th . . . And an overreaction on my part to call that a choke. It’s softball - it happens.

But that was a huge misstep by Weekly. Cost us the game.

You keep referring to softball as if you have confidence in your knowledge of the game…

And Bama took the series from Oklahoma during the regular season then got completely blown out by them in postseason. Means nothing now.

Landry is a solid pitcher with a championship program. She doesn’t have to dominate she just has to be good enough.

It was a hanging changeup. Don’t blame Karlyn the game should have been out of reach at that point.

I would never blame any one player. I do question some of the pitch selection to that hitter though. KP pitched her heart out and deserved the win. We left way to many runners on base.

Correct. That's what I was talking about. It was a winner take all game three of the championship series. Went into extra innings with Tennesse having the last at bat. Tennessee never sniffed a run, if I recall correctly. AZ finally scored in the top half and made it stand up. Same issue we seem to have far too often considering the opportunities we've had.

incredibly unbalanced. they have to implement something to fix that. just makes for boring softball.

It was 18 years ago. 2007. I remember it because we had just won the NC in WBB and I had just graduated from HS.

The other side has the best pitcher in softball and UCLA beat the Vols this year and last year. The best four teams is a reach!

I have some knowledge - coached it at the high school level for 8 years . . . Which is not college. As I said earlier, I get the notion that it was good on good to pitch to their best hitter / sometimes you make a bad pitch. I think I would have taken my chances with someone else . . . Just an opinion.

It gets worst bases loaded no one out get one run in and we win it all Nope and I think Ralph has yet to open his eyes.

The #1,#4, #5 nd #8 National Seeds were in the other bracket but got upset in either the Regional or Super Regional... They will never re-seed it is what it is....

I really hate to say this because I'm saying it out of pure frustration, but KW was the best coach Oklahoma had in this game.
