She is the highest paid female athlete at Tennessee. Her boyfriend goes to school 30 min from Knoxville. She loves s the university. She loves this team. She’s not going anywhere. Schools tried last year. She has no interest in playing anywhere else

Its unreal. After every loss if I was Pickens I would transfer or fire CKW...

No one will be more angry and disappointed than Karlyn. This will fuel her. I have no doubt

I'm not worried about her. I'm worried about our putrid offense more than anything. Don't get me wrong. I'm so happy and proud they made it to OKC. But I would like to see them win a game or two at least. The OU loss wouldn't sting as much if it weren't a walk-off where we lead the entire game until the last pitch and didn't make the decision that even Forest Gump would've made to walk the only hitter that had success off of Karlyn.

I thought the coaching was not that great today. We let them get away with a double play when Morgan was safe by more than a step. I'm probably not calling any changeups to that last batter if she can hit the 75 I'll lose that way.

so is KP. She can’t leave a hanging changeup. She would tell you she lost the game herself. She was not locked in for the 7th inning.

All American against an All American. At some point, it comes down to luck, a great swing or great pitch. Parker got two of the three. KP pitched a very very good game overall.

Really not trying to be a smart a$$ here but “getting that next season” is what we hear every season (we are getting hitting or getting pitching) How long has KW been the coach? She should just be reloading every year. Things like this just shouldn’t happen year after year. Period!

I said this last year and I’ll say it again this year, I will always be thankful for what she has done (husband also) for this program but she needs to have a farewell season and ride off into the sunset and enjoy retirement with Ralph. She can coach next season while giving DW a year to replace her. The best of the best coaches out there, minus PG, would give there right arm to coach here. She has taken us as far as she can.

We had one of the best offenses last year in Tennessee history. That team should have hoisted the trophy.

Easy to see in hind sight, not playing aggressively by holding the runner at 3rd, the walks, leaving runners on base, especially when we had bases loaded and got nothing, and pitching to their best hitter.
Feeling gut punched and it’s worse for our players.

We’re still in it, time to show extreme mental toughness, got to get back up, and come out swinging! GLV!

Couldn’t tell you nor is that my job. That’s why Danny White is the highest paid AD in the country. That’s his job. He’s made some fabulous hires while AD!

How so? Choke by the players is pretty obvious in the 9th.

Choke by the coach to not walk their best hitter.

You act like we just let them have it. OU has won 4 WCWS in a row. They have championship DNA, we didn't choke, they just took it from us. It's do or die time now, hopefully this fires them up to get back for a rematch. Time will tell.
