She is to softball what we always hoped Nico would be to football.

Nico did manage to get to the playoffs. That’s not a pro-Nico stance either just he got us to the playoff for a chance to win it all.

New poster for softball. HUGE fan of softball even more so than baseball. My daughter is a prospect for softball. Anyway, I was so impressed with the entire demeanor of the team the last 2 days. From getting excited from a ground out to the play from dodge. Just insane. Great GAME! Love the 1-0 games

I’ve always wished this forum had different threads for different games. I mentioned it once (or either I read it mentioned) and someone I think replied, “If you want to be the one to commit to that, go ahead.” I DO hope we get a WCWS thread, though.

However, if Nico has arisen to the occasion the way she has the last two games, we would likely have advanced to , at least the semifinals of the Championship playoffs. The lack of offense is what killed us.

You might not use that term, but I do, we just disagree. KP is and has been a star. Nico, not so much.

The cracked helmet was as defective as Nico's play. It was an experimental helmet which proved to be worst than the regular helmet.

In this fantasy of comparison, there is no second game for the softball team. I’m excited this team is headed back to OKC with KP older with a chip on her shoulder. As stated all year we go as she goes.

1,4 and 8 didn’t do their part (all SEC). #5 FSU went post season FSU.

Get the games in before the storms and tornado warnings get going pushing games far into the night. Not overall smart to put the tournament smack in tornado alley and then be surprised when you get storms everyday.
