SC bracket is easier than ours and some other regions. I am going to guess 10 will be LSU. UT always seems to get another SEC team.
We need bats, bats, and more bats. Our team did look very excited to be at 7 so that’s a great sign. We may see some upsets in several regions and hopefully Jordy Bahl doesn’t win that region. Maybe UConn will show up.Brutal draw. Will probably be tougher to make it thru the regional than the super regional.

Sounds like a rule that should be changed. So, if it rains on the finals of the NCAA Softball Tournament Championship day, does that mean there could be no Champion, or like in this case, 2 “co-champions”?The teams didn’t agree to anything. There was not going to be a situation where the weather allowed the game to be played on the schedule date, and you can’t extend the tournament by day, per the NCAA rulebook. I don’t necessarily agree with award split championship, they should’ve just left it vacated, but there wasn’t another scenario to play the game within the rules.
In all seriousness, how do these SB regionals get picked? How does Alabama get high school teams at #15 and us not so much. At least Bama we’ll get their ass handed to them in the supers.
Its also fairly easy to see how they got VT as the Regional 2 seed.Geography
Jackson State and Belmont are both there since they can bus.
Same reason Miami, Ohio State and UNC are in Knoxville.
