They addressed hitting in the portal with Fielder, Brown and Barnhart. Only one plays.

Brown did not play at Texas. Barnhart did not play at Alabama, but Karen thought they could play at Tennessee, that shows good plays don’t want to come to Tennessee and play for her if that was our best option. We did get lucky with getting Fielder

i think aubrey might help us next year. brown was recruited here bc she’s from tennessee. you have those on every team.

Brown wasn’t all state in high school and they give those away to D1 players by default.

get through regionals, and then go from there. we have the pitching, it’s all about if our bats show up.

i agree with the no. she’s not an upgrade from karen IMO. a good coach for sure, but i dont think she will ever have a team as good as this year. she has the best player in college softball with ellis.
