a lot of pitchers across the nation have thrown the same amount of innings as her. tiredness could be a factor for sure, but her command just hasn’t been there lately and she’s giving up hits.

the offense is struggling right now bc boo and mealer are in slumps. they both are a big part of our offense and if they aren’t hitting it’s not a good thing.

she’s a solid freshman pitcher. solid era and a lot of innings pitched. she got rocked by georgia i think but ole miss still won that game 20ish to 11

It’s been a buildup. In years past she’s not had to turn to the defense after a K to motivate to get runs/hold the lead. Could be her way of showing leadership through her play as it’s her team now, but I’m not sure about that.

leaders motivate though, that’s their job. they are usually the ones leading the huddles leading into at bats. i do believe that how she shows her command of this team. she is this teams leader.

Don’t disagree on the competitor part. But I’ve seen this kid for roughly 6 years pitch. Got a pretty good feel for her.

i’ve gibson does not snap out of her cold streak, i do feel like we’re doomed. we’re so much better when she’s hitting the ball.
