We look clueless at the plate against an average at best pitcher.

Our discipline at the plate is non existent.

IMO it seems that our team regresses as the season goes on either due to fatigue or motivation. Also our players regress from year to year instead of the opposite. I'm mainly talking about our offense not our pitching. Some are suggesting that we need new blood in coaching, I tend to agree.

Anyone else thinking it's going to be a long summer. The distinct lack od SEC caliber pitching is painfully evident. Weekly has done a poor job in filling pitching spots in the off season. Yesterday & today the bats are stone cold. I hope they find something or we may finish on the bottom of the conference.

there just wasn’t a payton gotschall in the portal this year. she got sage, who was the best left. the portal wasn’t as good as it had been in the past last year. best pitcher was canady but no way we could afford her with the NIL we have in softball.
